Sierra-Cedar, Inc., a member of the Partner Community, recently achieved the Salesforce Silver Partner level. This milestone reflects the company’s strengths in delivering integrated customer relationship management (CRM) solutions that drive customer success within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Sierra-Cedar reached the Salesforce Silver Partner level by increasing its Consulting Partner Trailblazer Score. This score measures a partner’s contribution against Salesforce’s targets across three main categories: ACV (annual contract value), Expertise, and Customer Success.

“We’re proud to be a Salesforce Silver Partner,” said Joanna Gummery, Vice President, Salesforce Operations, Sierra-Cedar. “It positions us to bring even more value to our clients as we help them achieve the digital and CRM transformation they need to compete and succeed.”

Sierra-Cedar is also a member of the Partner Community and has been a Premium Partner since 2013. As a leading systems integrator in the Salesforce ecosystem, Sierra-Cedar was first to implement Salesforce’s Education Data Architecture (EDA). EDA enables colleges and universities to rapidly deploy Salesforce’s CRM platform, empowering these organizations to gain a 360-degree view of students as they progress throughout their academic journeys and beyond.

“We value our strong partnership with Salesforce,” said Gummery. “Our clients across many sectors are benefiting from this market-leading CRM technology that’s helping them put their constituents at the center of their operations. We’re excited to continue evolving our Salesforce and CRM practices and offerings to provide our clients with the best solutions available.”
