Gail joined Sierra-Cedar as an experienced Sr. Change Management Consultant after spending more than 25 years in related careers including application consulting, project management, teaching, human resources, and law. She has experience is a variety of industries including higher education, government, and private sector, from start-ups to large corporations. Along with her bachelor’s degree from UC Davis, she holds professional certifications in Prosci CM, PM, HR, and Business Analysis.
