Rather than renewing a traditional contractor agreement, the resort chose to invest in a Sierra-Cedar Managed Services Agreement, which provided flexible access to all the required skill sets throughout the year. This strategic shift enabled:

IIE partnered with Sierra-Cedar to transition IIE’s PeopleSoft HCM and Financials environments to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The transition was completed in approximately three months, and IIE’s environment is now fully managed under Sierra-Cedar’s FlexOps automation and monitoring framework.

Oklahoma Heart Hospital relied on manual processes to manage medical supply inventory and refund payments due to a lack of automation between PeopleSoft FSCM and its EMR system. These workflows were error-prone and caused delays. To improve efficiency, the hospital implemented a new EMR system and automated integration with PeopleSoft.

Collaborating with Sierra-Cedar, Oklahoma Heart Hospital achieved significant outcomes and overall efficiencies. After automating data exchanges between systems, Oklahoma Heart Hospital immediately benefited from the following:

Strayer and Capella transitioned to Oracle Student Financial Planning to support growth and better integration. Oracle confirmed SFP could handle SEI’s three enrollment models, and early prototyping showed strong alignment. SEI selected Sierra-Cedar as the implementation partner because of its experience implementing SFP. The project focused on migrating FlexPath students with minimal disruption and improving automation through collaborative design sessions.
