Ratnakar Bank Limited (RBL Bank), headquartered in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra, India, is a scheduled commercial bank that was founded 1943. It now has more than 340 branches in 20 Indian states and Union Territories and more than 7,000 employees.

The bank serves five sectors: corporate and institutional banking, commercial banking, retail banking, agricultural development banking, and financial market access.

In January 2019, RBL Bank went live with the Oracle HCM Cloud application suite’s Core HCM, Absence, Time & Labor modules. It continues to roll out additional modules and functionality for its employees.

Sierra-Cedar India helped RBL Bank implement the solution and provided stabilization services.

KLAY went live with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HCM, Absence, Time & Labor modules and Oracle Taleo Cloud in May 2019 and It will continue to roll out additional modules and functionality for its employees over the next several months.

Sierra-Cedar India was chosen as the implementation partner to assist KLAY on this major HR initiative. Sierra-Cedar’s team of Functional and Technical Cloud consultants worked under very aggressive timelines to establish and standardize business processes and implement them on the Cloud.

IDFC FIRST Bank provides a range of financial solutions to individuals, small businesses and corporates. IDFC FIRST Bank has a nationwide presence in India and operates in Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, and other banking segments. Its 16,000 employees are based out of 225 branches, 140 ATMs, and 454 rural business correspondent centers across the country. IDFC First Bank was formed in 2018 via a merger of Capital First and IDFC Bank.

In May 2019, IDFC First Bank went live with Oracle HCM Cloud application suite—Core HCM, Absence, Time & Labor modules—for its 16,000 employees. This “HR Space – an integrated people platform” creates a foundation upon which additional phases and modules will be rolled out.

IDFC First Bank partnered with the Sierra-Cedar India team on this project, and the Sierra-Cedar India Oracle Fusion Cloud team worked with HR and Technology teams at IDFC First to help deliver the project under very aggressive timelines.
