Our HCM Now Approach

A six-month project includes extensive testing and post-project support.
Sierra-Cedar’s HCM Now program is inclusive of Oracle’s Core HR and Recruiting modules, as well as one Onboarding Journey, a Recruiting booster, and Oracle HCM Communicate. Sierra-Cedar’s project approach includes one month of System Integration Testing (SIT) and one month of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. The project scope also includes four weeks of post-project support.
