MYK Group was using manual processes for all HR and Talent Management processes. This project had a number of objectives including the elimination of paperwork and manual spreadsheets as well as the creation of a central time tracking system. Sierra-Cedar India successfully implemented a three-phase rollout and is currently engaged in ongoing production support.
