Lucas County, Ohio Streamlines Business Processes by Migrating to Oracle Cloud Applications

Lucas County decided to replace its PeopleSoft applications to standardize and streamline its business processes across all county departments and agencies. Lucas County partnered with Sierra-Cedar to implement Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud (Financials, Expense Management, Cash Management, Procurement, Supplier Portal, and Contracts), Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (Line Item and Personnel Budgeting).
